All Tee Times booked online require a valid credit card,
although payment is not required until you check in at the resort
or if you are a "no-show". By reserving an advance tee time
you are guaranteeing full payment by authorizing Liberty Mountain
Resort to charge your credit card account for the number of players
booked unless you cancel this reservation prior to 24 hours of your
designated tee time. Please note your credit card will only be
charged if you're a "no-show". This is to protect our valued
customers from missing out on an available tee time and forcing us
to increase our rates due to "no-shows". We appreciate your
understanding.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in
advance of your scheduled tee time to avoid the "no-show" charge.
Tee times booked by phone must call 717-642-8252 to cancel. Tee
times booked online may cancel by phone or by accessing your user
account. To cancel online, login to your account as you did
when you made your reservation, select 'Your Profile', then select
'Reservation History' and then select the tee time you wish to
cancel.
Booking an Online Tee Time will also allow you to receive our
email newsletter which will provide periodic emails with exclusive
coupons, discounts, special events, and of course, Tee Time
Specials. Your information is held in confidence as outlined in our
privacy
policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We would like to ensure our customers that when entering your
information, our reservation system uses SSL Data Encryption. This
does not show in your browser due to 'Framing' that takes place to
provide seamless integration with our Tee Time Reservation
Software.
