Resort Arrival

First Timer's Guide - Arrival at the Resort

Your first few moments at a resort can be a little overwhelming. Every member of our staff is here to make your visit a pleasant one - please feel free to ask if you have any questions!

There is plenty of free parking at Liberty Mountain. If you arrive early in the day, you will probably get to park close the the lodge area. For later arrivals, convenient shuttle buses run between the parking areas and the ticket office area. There are unloading zones in the main circle in front of the ticketing areas. Please be sure to bring everything you need from your car and lock your vehicle.

Courtesy Staff

Our Courtesy Staff is here to help you every step of the way. If you need any kind of assistance, simply look for their teal and grey jackets or vest with "Courtesy" on the back. We guarantee that they are just about the nicest, most helpful people you will ever meet!
As you walk or ride the shuttle into the main circle, the ticket windows will be located to your right.

Lift Ticket Window

The ticket window is your first stop. All the tickets that you will need for rentals and lessons will be purchased here. Ask for your Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package. You will receive a ticket and a zip-tie to attach the ticket to your jacket (hint...attach the ticket to a pocket, not your main zipper pull - that way it won't be right in your face when you zip your jacket up!).

The cashiers in the ticket window will be happy to direct you to your next stop - the rental shop. If you, or anyone in your party, are interested in our Children's Learning Center programs, Playcare, private lessons or any other specialty programs, just ask! Our helpful cashiers or any other staff member will be happy to point you in the right direction. Restrooms, lockers and basket check are available on the first level of the main lodge. The Guest Services Office is located just to the left of the main ticket windows, if need additional assistance.
