Specialty Ski & Board Classes

Women's Exclusive Snowboard Lessons!

11am Every Saturday and Sunday - While we offer Burton's specialized women's rental equipment and teach snowboard lessons to women every day, you are guaranteed a 100% Women's Only lesson, at any ability level, at 11am every Saturday and Sunday! These lessons are open to women of all ages (8 and up). Gather your friends, your daughters, your mother and see how much fun snowboarding can be! Just purchase a Learn To Snowboard Package, All Mountain Package or regular Class Lesson and be at the Ski & Board School meeting place at 11am to join in a women's only lesson.

Private Lessons

Private lessons provide a level of attention that only a one-on-one situation can achieve. Your instructor will be totally focused on you, and you alone! Private lessons are great for taking care of specific problems that you may be having, or for our guests who prefer not to be in a group environment. Reservations are recommended for Private Lessons. Multi-week Clinics for Intermediate & Advanced Skiers and Riders

We offer a variety of multi-week clinics that are focused on taking skiers and riders to the next level. From racing and carving clinics, to lessons on conquering the moguls, we can help make your on mountain experience more rewarding. Ski with Me

If you would like to accompany your child in their lesson, try "Ski With Me". This is a special private lesson for your child ages 3 and older. The parent receives tips from the instructor on how to help the child's skills develop. This 1 hour special private lesson for your child is $110. The cost for an additional child is $50. We ask that you only have an additional child participate when both children are over the age of 5. The cost for an additional parent is $10. Parents participating in 'Ski with Me' must also be on a ski or board, and have a decent knowledge of how to ski or board themselves before the lesson. Silver Streak Program - Age 50+

Recapture the thrill of skiing down a snowy slope. Tune up your skills. Get in shape for your next trip out West. Whether you are a beginner or a double diamond skier, we have a class for you. Learn the latest techniques for dynamic turns or step up to a new level of performance. Then relax over lunch with your instructors and fellow Silver Streakers. This group ski lesson is held every Wednesday morning at 10am, beginning January 7th, and is open to the 'over 50' set. The program with a 4 hour lift ticket is $54, with an 8 hour lift ticket is $58, and includes a two hour lesson and lunch. Rentals are not included. Register at the Learning Center desk.

Terrain Park Instruction

We offer Terrain Park instruction on an individual level to include education on available features, safety issues, terrain park and pipe etiquette, at the ability level appropriate for the rider. Before visiting the resort for this lesson, please call 717-642-8282 x3317 to make a reservation. Register at the Learning Center desk, located in the Clock Tower Building. These lessons are subject to the availability of a qualified Ski or Snowboard Instructor at the appropriate level. A signed release is required and a parent or guardian must sign if child is under 18. Helmets are required for this clinic - bring your own or rent one at the resort. Cost for this one hour clinic is $107.

Liberty Mountain Race Team

The Liberty Mountain Race Team is an independent organization that both trains and races here at Liberty Mountain Resort.  They have been developing top-notch racers since their founding more than 30 years ago!  For more information on the Race Team please visit their website.
