We would like to take a moment to introduce to you our new Golf Course Superintendent Matthew Hopper. Matt comes to Liberty with a great deal of expertise and experience in golf course and grounds management. He most recently worked at the Chester River Yacht & Country Club in Chestertown MD, where he was a First Assistant Superintendent of the property. Matt has a degree in Turfgrass Management from Penn State and a bachelor's degree in horticulture from Durban University of Technology in Durban, South Africa. We look forward to having Matt here at Liberty and we are excited to see him take the Carroll Valley Golf Course to an even higher level!
