Liberty Mountain offers a wide variety of room styles, many with
break out capabilities. Have a large meeting with your entire
group, and then divide up for committee work. Spend some time
fostering communication and teamwork at the Boulder Ridge
Challenge Course, and in the evening enjoy a cocktail reception or
banquet dinner. Our space can be very flexible to fit your
needs!
Room Descriptions
The Alpine Room
This spacious room features vaulted ceilings and large windows for
views of our beautiful mountain setting. The Alpine Room is ideal
for banquet dining, awards ceremonies and large group
gatherings. The Alpine Room is not available in the winter
months.
The Heavenly Room
Located adjacent to the Alpine Room, the Heavenly Room easily
divides into 2 smaller rooms making it ideal for mid size
meetings and breakout sessions. With built in projector and screen,
this room can serve a wide variety of functions.
The Eastwind Room
This large dividable room with built in screen and projector, is
enhanced by views of the mountain, making it our
most desired meeting locale. The adjacent Nova Room and Lobby
area enhance the functionality of this space by adding additional
breakout space and a large reception area.
The Nova Room
The Nova Room also features great views of the mountain and is
ideal for small meetings and breakout sessions.
The Strata Boardroom
Located in the Clubhouse building adjacent to the Jacqueline
Ballroom, the Boardroom is perfect for your small meeting or break
out session.
Boulder Ridge Lodge
Boulder Ridge Lodge, is located on the mountain at Liberty
Mountain Resort. Accessed by a private tree-lined drive, the lodge
features authentic post and beam construction and the beauty
of the outdoors is enjoyed from within through an abundance of
floor to ceiling windows. The Boulder Ridge Lodge is also home
to the Challenge Course and Team
Building facilities - a perfect enhancement to any
meeting. The Boulder Ridge Lodge is not available in the
winter months.
The Jacqueline Ballroom
The classically styled ballroom features a large elevated stage
ideal for presentations or an evening of entertainment. The
ballroom can easily transition from the location for your
keynote address to the venue for your gala dinner
celebration.
The Fairway Room
Located steps off the first tee, the dividable Fairway
Room is multi-functional meeting space customizable for a wide
variety of meeting space needs.
The Terrace Room
Located in the The Inn, The Terrace Room can be utilized
as either dining or meeting space...or both!
