Alpine Lodge
Our most spacious venue accommodates up to 240 guests.
The large opposing windows surround you with our
beautiful mountain setting. The spacious room features terra cotta
tones, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a grand stone fireplace
and wood accented walls. It will provide you with a stunning
setting for your very special day. 2013-14 Facility Rental Fee
$500
Boulder Ridge Lodge
Our most popular venue! Boulder Ridge, is located on the
mountain at Liberty Mountain Resort and is truly unique and
unrivaled in so many ways. Accessed by a private tree-lined drive,
this newly constructed lodge features authentic post and beam
construction and a beautifully crafted stone fireplace. The beauty
of the outdoors can be enjoyed from within through an abundance of
floor to ceiling windows. This spectacular lodge offers seating for
over 200 guests in addition to a beautiful wrap around deck,
tumbled brick patio and lawn area. Truly a one of a kind setting
you and your guests will long remember. 2013 Facility Rental
Fee $1500, 2014 Facility Rental Fee $1700
Jacqueline Ballroom
Our traditional ballroom is adjacent to our championship golf
course and boasts a large hardwood dance floor, sparkling crystal
chandeliers and enough space to host 200 guests. Whether you're
planning an intimate or grand event, this venue will enhance your
special day. 2013 Facility Rental Fee $500. Venue not
available in 2014.
Special Savings!
Save four dollars per guest when you book your reception on any
day other than Saturday. This discount does not apply on the
following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor
Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New
Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Ceremony Location Information
2013 Ceremony Fee - $500. This fee includes a
one hour rehearsal practice, preparation of ceremony area, set
up/removal of chairs and ceremony service for up to forty-five
minutes. Please note: Outdoor ceremony chairs are required and
there is a fee based on the chair type and quantity
selected.
2014 Ceremony Fee - $700. This fee includes
rehearsal practice, preparation of ceremony area, white ceremony
chairs, set up/removal of chairs and ceremony service for up to
forty-five minutes.
