WHAT IS THE NIGHT TRACKER PROGRAM?

The Night Tracker Program is designed for schools, youth groups, clubs, neighborhood organizations, or any group of 8 to 18 year-old individuals who are looking for an easy and affordable way to ski or snowboard. Modeled after the Night Club Card, with similar benefits and identical pricing, it offers skiing or riding during the 2019-2020 season. Each Night Tracker participant will receive a Night Tracker Card, which they will then present at any ticket window to receive a lift ticket valid Monday through Saturday after 4 pm, and Sunday after 3 pm.

ADVISOR & CHAPERONE INFORMATION

The advisor is responsible for coordinating required online signup and payment for their entire group. Each advisor must enroll 15 or more participants ages 8-18, and in return will earn a Night Tracker Advisor Card for themselves. An additional Night Tracker Advisor Card will be issued for each additional 15 participants. Advisors of groups with over 40 participants will receive a full Explorer Adult Peak Pass for every 40 participants, plus the Night Tracker Advisor Cards earned along the way. Chaperone tickets will be issued for scheduled group visits, at a ratio of 1 chaperone ticket for every 15 participants in the group, valid for the night of the scheduled group visit. Chaperone tickets are to be used by adults assisting in the organization, visitation, and on-resort programming of the group.

Any individual willing to fulfill the advisor responsibilities may start a Night Tracker Group. Advisors obtain all information from their group sales contact at their program’s home mountain (Liberty, Roundtop, or Whitetail).
