CARROLL VALLEY GOLF

GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE - Under the guidance of the Course Superintendent, this position will complete all maintenance procedures in order to maintain the highest standards of excellence for playability and pleasure. Other duties and responsibilities include: daily course preparation, cleaning equipment, reporting golf course conditions, etc. Must be 18 years of age or older and be experienced with the operation of mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and a variety of hand tools. CUSTOMER SERVICE

CALL CENTER INFORMATION SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE- Do you have a smile in your voice? If so, the Call Center is perfect for you! This department is responsible for answering all phone calls into the resort and providing the necessary information to the guest. This position also takes all hotel, dining, and Children's Learning Center reservations as well as selling gift cards, tubing cards, passes, and more. Applicants must be able to answer switchboard phone calls, be able to make outbound calls, and be computer literate with general computer use as well as learn our sales, dining, golf, hotel, and chat programs. FOOD & BEVERAGE

BREAKFAST COOK - Seeking an experienced breakfast cook for Eagle & The Owl in our Highland Lodge. This position is responsible for cooking meats, eggs, hot cereal, and other hot food products on our breakfast buffet and menus. He or she will also prepare portion food products prior to cooking, as well as other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation. This position is part-time. Please apply online!

BANQUET SERVER - Banquet Servers are asked to multitask more than any other position at the resort. While working at our private events, they are asked to perform many duties including set up/tear down of rooms and drink/dinner services. Those considering this position should enjoy being part of a team, be fast on their feet and a quick thinker. Servers must have a cheerful personality, helpful attitude, and a neat, well-groomed appearance. Please apply online!

PASTRY CHEF - We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet goods. Your skill in baking high quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations. They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible serving. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction so that we can maintain and expand our clientele.

LINE & PREP COOKS - If you want to prepare delicious food for hungry guests, and are looking for a fun work atmosphere, look no further! Line Cook/Prep Cooks prepare and serve cuisine under the direction of the Executive Chef. They are expected to be detail oriented and enjoy cooking in a fast-paced environment. GENERAL & UTILITY STAFF - Assist the team with overall kitchen cleanliness including floors, equipment, walls, sinks, etc. Duties also include washing/storing all dishes and food containers, as well as garbage removal from kitchens and guest areas. RESTAURANT HOST/HOSTESS - Our guests receive their first impression of the service of our restaurants by their exchange with our host, so applicants must be friendly, outgoing and organized. The host monitors the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, estimates wait times for guests, and manages the reservation list. Full & part time positions available, weekends and evening required. BREAKFAST SERVER - Breakfast servers work in the Highland Lodge Restaurants. Hours are from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm scheduled 3 or 4 days per week. Weekends and Holidays are required. Servers interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining at the resort. RESTAURANT BARTENDER - Restaurant Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving high quality beverages, while interacting with our guests to ensure they have a great experience. All bartenders in our fast paced, high volume restaurants must have a working knowledge of craft beer, fine wine/liquor, as well as common drink recipes, and are expected to maintain a warm and inviting environment. WINTER SEASONAL POSITIONS

RENTAL SKI/SNOWBOARD SHOP - Our Rental Shop Technicians are enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with the public in a fast paced environment. Employees will be properly trained on how to provide our guests with the appropriate ski and snowboard equipment.

SECURITY (EVENTS) - The eyes and ears of the resort. Security personnel are attentive to all resort happenings and provide supervision and assistance for all guests and employees.

SS JUNIOR INSTRUCTOR (Age 15 by Dec. 1st to Age 18) - Share your passion for skiing & riding with others as a ski and/or snowboard instructor! As an instructor you will provide guests of all ages with instruction, teaching them to ski/ride or enhance their current skiing/riding skills. Must be 15-18 years old and must be able to ski/ride at least at the intermediate level. Liberty Mountain is open every day during the ski season, including holidays—you must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, nights, and holidays in any conditions. Please apply online!

LIFT ATTENDANT - Work as a team member to provide our guests with efficient and courteous loading and unloading of the chairlifts. Attendants are responsible for maintaining the ramps, checking tickets and providing guests with information. Must be 18 years or older. Please apply online.
